May 21: Thank-you to Omni Television News for covering our trip - in both Cantonese and Mandarin!
May 16: Route revised due to expected road conditions (see map above and trip plan)
May 14: Paint It Blue @ Caprice, 965-967 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC,
(Friday May 14 until Saturday May 15 at 03:00) raised $800 for The Prostate Centre.

Thank-you to Firstar Sports of Vancouver, for generously donating four sets of their AMAZING clothing
which will be worn by the riders during the ride.
Pedalers For Prostate blog established.
Apr 29: Pedalers for Prostate's Facebook Group now has 910 members!
Apr 23: The Prostate Centre advises they have received $4,920 through Pedalers For Prostate. Our target is $25,000.
Thank-you to everyone who has donated so far. Let's reach that target!
Apr 13: Brad Bycraft takes on role of Communications Manager for the trip.
Apr 12: Pedalers For Prostate "Concert For Cancer", Westwind Elementary School, Kingfisher Drive, Richmond.
Thank-you to Rand & Fowler Insurance, Larry Hurst of Westwind Elementary School and Lockout for their assistance
in making the concert possible. $169 was raised directly by the event, with another $700 in donations following -
all for The Prostate Centre. Thank-you to the musical youth who volunteered their talent: Gypsy Ray ,
Adil Butt a.k.a Chrome Ace , The Bland Band, Charlotte Baigent, Amber Shikaze, Becca Wade and Alana Zerbe.

March 2010

Thank-you to Crumpler Bags, Vancouver in Gastown, for generously donating four Bumper Issue hydration packs
which will be worn by the riders to provide water throughout the ride. Crumpler is a bag company based in Melbourne,
Australia. They began as a messenger bag company and have supported bike-related events worldwide.
Mar 12: The amazing 'Superheroes' Event, Touch Lounge, Victoria, raised $952 for The Prostate Centre!

February 2010

Feb 2: Pedalers for Prostate's Facebook Group grows to over 500 members! Thank-you especially to Becca,
Alana, and friends at École Secondaire Robert A. McMath Secondary School for helping spread the word!
B.C.'s largest Jewish newspaper, the Jewish Tribune, Western Edition, publishes a Pedalers For Prostate
